Srinagar, Oct 15: The Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday named Devyani Rana and Aga Syed Mohsin as its candidates for by-polls in Jammu and Kashmir.
As per news agency—Kashmir News Observer(KNO), the central election committee of BJP has approved names of Devani Rana and Aga Syed Moshin as candidates for Nagrota and Budgam segments, respectively.
Devyani is the daughter of Devinder Singh Rana, a prominent BJP leader and former MLA from Nagrota, who passed away in October 2024 after a prolonged illness.
Aga Syed Moshin is a local leader of BJP from Shia community in Budgam—(KNO)
