Budgam, Oct 16: Continuing its sustained action against terror networks and their associates, Police in Budgam today attached property measuring 10 marlas of land along with a two-storeyed residential house located at Sandipora, Budgam, after obtaining due sanction from the competent authority.
The property belongs to Muzaffar Hussain Allie son of Late Ghulam Mohammad Allie resident of Sandipora, Budgam, who had exfiltrated to Pakistan and was utilizing the said property for the promotion of terrorist activities.
During the course of investigation, it was revealed that the said individual was attempting to alienate the property with the intent to sell it and use the sale proceeds to finance terrorist activities. Accordingly, sanction under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 was obtained in case FIR No. 38/2024 of Police Station Chadoora.
It is pertinent to mention that the said operative is presently operating from Pakistan and continues to be actively involved in anti-national activities from across the border.
