Kulgam, Aug 26: Five terror associates were arrested and a cache of arms and ammunition recovered during a joint cordon and search operation in the Bugam Orchard area of Kulgam district on Wednesday, officials said.
A senior official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the operation was conducted jointly by Kulgam Police, 9 Rashtriya Rifles and 18 Battalion CRPF.
During the operation, four 9mm pistols, four magazines, 22 rounds of ammunition and two hand grenades were recovered, officials said—(KNO)
