Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of Jammu and Kashmir Bank installed in main Chowk Achabal has been troubling people as locals allege that it remains non-functional on most of the hours.
They locals said the due to mostly defunct ATM for hours the Customers from have to visit other distant places for cash withdrawal.
Locals have to appeal concerned Authorities look into the matter and redress the problem due to remaining continous defunt of ATM.
