A trooper died on spot after falling from stairs in South Kashmir’s Tral on Tuesday.
The incident occurred in the camp of 180 Battalion CRPF.
Sources told news agency KNT that a trooper identified as Chanderpal was coming down from the stairs when he slipped and fell down.
He sustained grievous injuries resulting in his on spot death.
South Kashmir based spokesperson for CRPF feigned ignorance about the incident saying he will ascertain the facts.
