Hamlet Cherawad Vail Nagbal doesnot posses drinking water facility from last few years thought the residents of the area staged protest against the officials of phe sub division Aishmuqam many times.
According to residents Aee sub division Aishmuqam ,junior Engineer and field staff promised many times to the residents that they will visit the area however it seems they have only spoken white lies to the people.
When jal shakti Department claims that they will ensure to provide drinking water to the people but on the ground level nothing concrete seems to be visible .
For a bucket of water the women living here have to travel many kilo metres to fetch water and accordingly things become miserable for the people living here.
Residents have Appealled deputy commissioner Anantnag and chief Engineer phe kashmir to completely reshuffle the staff of phe sub division Aishmuqam for the betterment of people .
