Police arrested duo after recovering over 60 bottles of liquor from their two vehicles in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Police sources told news agency KNT that during a naka checking at Khanabal Chowk, police intercepted two vehicles, a Santro (JK03B-3681) and Grand I-10 (JK03B-0898) and during searches recovered 60 bottles of liquor from these two vehicles.
The drivers of both these vehicles were arrested and a formal case registered against them.
Police sources identified the duo as Arshid Ahmad Ganie a resident of Pethbugh Anantnag and Majid Ahmad Dar of Munawara Anantnag. KNT
