Ganderbal: Elderly women dies on Saturday after Auto Load Carrier hitted her on Srinagar-Leh highway near Mamer area of Kangan in Ganderbal district.
An official told that Auto Load Carrier bearing registration number JK04B/9764 hit an Elderly Women at Mamer Kangan in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kangan resulting the Critical injures of Woman.
She was immediately taken to SDH Kangan Where doctors declared her brought dead.
The deceased identified as Taja begum (70) W/0 Mohammad Abdullah Raina R/0 Mamer kangan.
Meanwhile Kangan Police has registered a case and started further investigation.
