Assistant Labour Commissioner office Kupwara on Sunday warned individuals against dissemination of wrong information about government schemes on various social-media platforms in the district.
A media handout received by GNS in this regard reads that “It has been to the notice of this office that some groups and individuals are blindly spreading false/incorrect information about the schemes of Jammu and Kashmir Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board on the Social Media such as on Facebook and Whatsapp Groups and as such they are directed to refrain from posting and sharing the false information.”
“Legal action will be taken against the offenders henceforth”, the statement reads further.GNS
