Unite Kashmir (Youth based organisation) in collaboration with Agaaz International (Youth based organisation) organised a one day workshop at Chairrhaar Botingo Sopore on 12 November 2020 , on Menstrual Hygiene Management namely Pakeezah “Empowering women through menstrual health”.
The main motive of the workshop was to stop the stigma against menstruation .
The workshop was conducted in three parts Informative, Product Analysis, Distribution. Sanitary kits were distributed at the end of workshop.
The workshop was attended by 100 female participants of village.
The workshop was opened by Er. Furqan Janwari (President Unite Kashmir) and Ms. Sheezan Rasool (President Agaaz International) in presence of other members of the organisation. At the end Er. Furqan Janwari thanked the Village commitee for making the workshop successful.
