Srinagar, 21 Nov: Two Western Disturbances in quick succession will affect Western Himalayan region between 22 to 26 November 2020.
A fresh western disturbance will most likely affect the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir from afternoon of 22nd November, Kashmir Weather, an independent weather forecaster said, adding that under the influence of this system, there is possibility of light to moderate rain or snow in plains and moderate snowfall in upper reaches at widespread places across the Union Territory.
Kashmir Weather added that another western disturbance will most likely affect the UT from November 24 evening to 26, adding that similarly under its influence, there is possibility of light to moderate rain or snowfall at widespread places of Jammu and Kashmir, saying that weather will improve from 26th November afternoon. Day temperatures during this period will stay 3°C – 7°C below normal.
