Police Station Budgam today registered a sexual harassment case against Arzan Ahmad Khan son of Kounsar Ahmad Khan resident of Gulbarg Colony Hyderpora.
Based on a complaint received by Police Station Budgam a 23 year old girl, name withheld in her complaint had accused that the Arzan Ahmad Khan gave her lift in a car, but did not stop at her destination and instead took her to some unknown place
where she was allegedly sexually harassed. A senior Police official confirmed to News Agency Kashmir News Trust(KNT) that the case in this regard has been registered under FIR No. 465/20 US 366,376 IPC .
The officer also confirmed that the accused has been taken in to custody- KNT
