Plantation drive was held at 21 FAD Ammunition Depot Khundroo. The drive was organised by forest Department Anantnag.
On this Occasion Chief Conservator Mr Deva, DFO Anantnag Feroz Ahmad in collaboration with 21 FAD Depot Khandroo Station commander Mohammad Amanullah khan and other Army officers of Khandroo Depot including Army proud schalors school Staff and Students participated in the event.
The drive was held for the purpose of giving an awareness to people about importance of green gold.The aim of conducting such drives save the planet from all sorts of pollution and every individual should play his role in keeping the environment clean and urged the participants to plant trees.
We have to take appropriate measures for healthy and pollution free environment and have to create mass awareness among their families regarding the importance of plantation for sustenance of the life Deva added;
