Anantnag, Mar, 26: Casual labours of Verinag development authority on friday held a protest demonstration against their pending wages.
According to reports a Representation from casual labourers and daily wagers of Verinag Development Authority (VDA) held a protest demonstration and were demanding to release pending wages.
Casual labourers and daily wagers said they are working in the department since long and yet be regularized and we face hardships due to long pending wages.Protestors said if our demands are not fullfilled soon we will took on street with our childrens.
They have demanded for special intervention to Lt. Governor Manoj sinha to resolve genuine demands on first priority basis.
