Srinagar, Apr 03: The National Conference president and member parliament from Srinagar, Dr Farooq Abdullah, who had tested positive for Covid-19, was on Saturday admitted to a hospital in Srinagar.
As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Farooq Abdullah’s son and former chief minister, Omar Abdullah took to Twitter to share the news and said that his family was grateful to everyone for their support and prayers.
“Based on the advice of doctors to enable them to better monitor my father, he has been admitted to hospital in Srinagar. Our family remains grateful to everyone for their messages of support & their prayers,” Omar Tweeted.
Meanwhile, source told KNO that Farooq Abdullah has been admitted to designated Covid-19 ward in SKIMS Soura.
