Pulwama, May 14: Joint Forces have installed lights at a village in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district where search operation is underway.
Local sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that Joint Forces including the soldiers from 52 Rashtriya Rifles, Special Operations Group and Central Reserve Police Force cordoned off Wani Mohalla part of Rohmu village during late evening hours.
Sources said that CASO was launched after inputs about the presence of militants in the village.
Forces installed lights while door-to-door searches were underway till the filing of this report.
Locals said that no contact with any militant has been established so far. (KNT)
