Srinagar, May 18: Team Kashmir Bulletin has launched a digital campaign titled ‘Wear mask and Save self’. The campaign promotes the idea of how wearing a mask entails a sense of safety, calm disposure and putting one on is as easy as wearing a smile.
Kashmir Bulletin is an online Kashmir based news portal.
It’s operator Burhan Hussaini told news agency KNT that the campaign aims to add a fresh and positive perspective to the concept of masks.
“We all know Covid-19 has no cure but only precautionary measures can keep this virus away from us. We ought to wear masks, clean our hands and maintain physical distance. Keeping this in view, we encouraged people to send their pictures wearing masks. We uploaded those and, in that way, a positive message went out,” Hussaini said.
“We are not just highlighting people’s duties & obligations but also empowering their trust in accepting masks as a new way of life,” he said adding team Kashmir Bulletin is getting a great response from the general public. (KNT)
