Srinagar, Sept 19: Anti-Corruption Bureau on Sunday arrested Station House Officer and a Head Constable of police station Awantipora in South Kashmir while taking bribe.
A police officer told GNS vigilance team trapped SHO Awantipora G. M Rather and HC Mohammad Afzal.
The police officer further said that according to ACB, they accepted taking bribe money of Rs 8000, however the money hasn’t been recovered yet. More details are awaited. (GNS
