Kulgam: Joint security forces claim to have arrested two youth with weapon Kulgam village.
As per statement , Army and Bijbehara Police in a joint operation arrested two persons namely Mohd Umar Dar s/o Ab Gani Dar resident of Chanapora Kojer of Kulgam and Javaid Sulmani son on Mohd Shafi resident of Bijnoor UP. One Pistol and some rounds have been recovered from their possession .
