Anantnag: DDC Block Achabal Sameena Hussain greeted people on the eve of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
In her message on the occasion, Sameena said the Prophet (SAW) taught lessons of compassion, mercy, tolerance and brotherhood to humanity-all of which need to be vigorously inculcated in today’s strife infested world.
She added that amongst all the great gifts bestowed upon mankind by Allah, the birth of the Prophet (SAW) was the greatest and the kindest one. “Almighty Allah sent the Prophet (SAW) as Rehmatan-lil-Aalmeen (mercy to mankind).
People irrespective of caste colour and religion can seek guidance from the holy Prophet’s (SAW) teachings as he had tremendous love for humanity in general and compassion for the poor and needy in particular.
Sameena said she prays to Almighty Allah to reignite peoples’ hearts and souls with the love of the Prophet (SAW) of Islam.
