Srinagar, Aug 01: In a shocking incident, a 23-year old youth was injured on Tuesday evening after being stabbed with a ‘sharp edge weapon’ in the main town of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
A police officer told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that one youth identified as Saqib Ali Bhat (23) son of Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Zabar-Mohalla Budgam was stabbed by unknown persons at the Main town.
In this incident, Bhat was immediately taken to District hospital Budgam in injured conditions for specialized treatment.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and have initiated further investigations. (KDC)
