The Pakistan cricketer has been banned from participating in the tournament after the first season following a terror attack in Mumbai.

During the World Cup, while rest of the Pakistan went back, Hasan extedned his stay. His wife has posted several pictures of the couple enjoying their time in India.

Hasan also wants the Indian cricket team to travel to Pakistan for a bilateral series.

“It’s not fair. India should come to Pakistan and play cricket. Every team has played here. New Zealand came here, they left becasue of security threat but came back again and played the entire series. We have the best security. India should definitely come and play in Pakistan,” he said.

The 29-year-old bagged 10 wickets in the eight World Cup matches and now will spearhead the Pakistan attack alongside Shaheen Shah Afridi in the three match Test series in Australia, starting from December 14.

Hasan Ali has also amditted that Sarfaraz Ahmad is the best captain he has played under.

“Sarfaraz Ahmed is the best captain I have played under. We have learnt a lot from him. We have had a lot of sucess, playing under him.

“I am not saying that Babar Azam is not a good captain. I have played under Shadab at Islamabad United in the PSL, he is a really good captain. If you want me to pick one then it will Saifi bhai,” he said.( Indian Express)
