Srinagar, June 03: Two terrorists have been killed in an encounter with security forces in Nihama village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday, officials said.
A top official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two bodies have been sighted at the encounter site and they are being retrieved.
Earlier, encounter broke out in Nihama Kakapora village following credible inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area.
The encounter took place a day ahead when votes will be counted for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls tomorrow across the country including Jammu and Kashmir—(KNO)
