Kupwara, Aug 15: District Administration Kupwara on thursday Conferred Tehsildar Sogam Saqib Murtaza with “Best Administrator Award” on the auspicious occasion of 78th Independence Day at district police line kupwara.
He recieved the award at the hands of Chairman District Development Council Kupwara Irfan Sultan Pandithpori in attendance of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Ayushi Sudan, Vice Chairman DDC Kupwara Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir alongside with other high prolific dignitaries.
