Kulgam, August 23: In a significant political development, Nazir Ahmad Laway, the candidate of the Peoples Conference, today filed his nomination papers for the upcoming elections in Kulgam. This marks the first time the Peoples Conference, led by Sajad Gani Lone, has nominated a candidate for the Kulgam constituency, signaling the party’s intent to expand its political influence in South Kashmir.
Nazir Ahmad Laway submitted his papers at the office of Returning officer Mushtaq Ahmad Lone in Kulgam, accompanied by a contingent of supporters and senior party members.
