Kulgam, Sep, 30; The Traffic Police in Kulgam have set up multiple checkpoints (nakas) at various locations throughout the district, supervised by DTI Bilal Ah. This initiative aims to strengthen enforcement of traffic regulations and promote road safety.
During the operation, 32 challans were issued to motorists lacking proper documentation and helmets. Local residents have expressed their appreciation for the Traffic Police’s efforts, highlighting the importance of such measures in improving safety on the roads.
Authorities continue to urge all drivers and riders to comply with traffic rules, ensuring a safer environment for everyone in Kulgam.
