Srinagar, Oct, 13: In the light of recent rumours, I want to clarify that there is no forecast of snowfall in plains during the next 10 days.The chances are less than 0%.
Except for a shower (possibility very less around 16 – 17 Oct), there is no snowfall forecast for higher reaches as well.
Mostly dry weather will continue to dominate.
Jhelum is going to see a further decline in its water level. Water scarcity may arise in a few areas.
