Srinagar, Feb, 13: M. Ghazi, a prominent social activist, intellectual, and Chairman of Shining India Foundation, recently visited Kashmir, where he lauded the region’s rich heritage and the resilience of its people. During interactions with students, educators, and local leaders, he stressed the urgent need for educational and economic advancement to empower Kashmiri youth.
A graduate of Delhi University and Jamia Millia Islamia in Political Science and Journalism, Ghazi has long been dedicated to social reform and community development. Through Shining India Foundation, he has been actively working to improve educational infrastructure and economic opportunities for underprivileged communities across India.
“A strong education system and financial independence are the pillars of a progressive society. Kashmir’s youth deserve better access to modern education, skill development, and employment opportunities,” Ghazi stated.
He also highlighted the potential of local industries and entrepreneurship in boosting the region’s economy, calling for increased support for small businesses, artisans, and self-reliance initiatives.
M. Ghazi’s visit and message were met with appreciation, as many saw his vision as a pathway toward a brighter and more self-sufficient future for Kashmir.
