Gulmarg, Mar 25: Jammu and Kashmir Police successfully recovered a lost bag belonging to a retired Indian Air Force officer at the popular ski resort of Gulmarg in Baramulla district.
According to police officials, Group Captain Ajit Singh (Retd), a resident of Mohali, Punjab, was on a tour with his family when he misplaced his bag containing Rs 37,000 in cash and important documents on Monday.
Upon realizing the loss, the family immediately sought help from the Gulmarg Police Station. Acting swiftly, Baramulla Police launched a search operation and, with dedicated efforts, managed to locate the missing bag.
The recovered belongings were safely handed over to the veteran officer and his family, who expressed deep gratitude to the police for their prompt action and efficient response.
