Srinagar, Mar 30: As Kashmiris prepare themselves for Eid-ul-Fitr, Ehsaas Foundation, a highly esteemed NGO with emphasis on social welfare, extended the Eid-ul-Fitr wishes to the people of Kashmir with an emphasis on the spirit of oneness, humanity, and generosity towards poor human beings.
General Secretary Aabida Rashid and the staff of the foundation wished all people the best and reminded them to not forget those who were in need during festival times.
“Eid is not a festival; it is a moment of sharing happiness, sharing love, and being with those who need us the most. Our organization keeps working for the poor and ensuring no one is left alone on this festival day,” Aabida added.
Ehsaas Foundation has also been laboring relentlessly in various other causes humanitarian throughout the region, including providing assistance, healthcare, and educational assistance to the underprivileged. To see it participate in Eid outreach, the organization will be distributing poor families with much-needed supplies, affirming its cause of service and kindness.
The NGO’s project has been welcomed by the residents of the valley, who are praising the manner in which it has created a sense of responsibility among individuals. “Their act has brought hope to some of the poorer families in the valley, and such an act makes Eid special,” said a resident of the valley.
As the festive mood is brought to life in the valley, Ehsaas Foundation continues to motivate individuals to come forward with generosity, thereby allowing the real spirit of Eid—compassion and unity of spirit—to dominate.
