Kulgam, April 11: In a recent police reshuffle, one of the most honest and dedicated officers in South Kashmir, Station House Officer (SHO) Subzar Ahmad, has been transferred from Kulgam to Central Kashmir. His transfer has been met with mixed emotions across the district, as the officer leaves behind a legacy of integrity, fairness, and a people-friendly approach to policing.

Known for his approachable demeanor and public-centric work ethic, Subzar Ahmad was widely respected—not only by his colleagues in the force but also by the local community. During his tenure, he worked tirelessly to maintain peace and order while strengthening trust between law enforcement and residents.

“SHO Subzar Ahmad was not just a police officer; he was a true people’s officer,” said a local resident. “He was always ready to listen, help, and act swiftly without any bias or delay.”

His honest and compassionate style of leadership made a lasting impact in Kulgam. Many credit him with improving police-public relations and ensuring justice was delivered fairly and promptly.

As he begins his new posting in Central Kashmir, the people of Kulgam extend their heartfelt gratitude and best wishes, hoping his positive influence continues to inspire wherever he serves next.
