Srinagar, June 20: The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has announced revised school timings for both government and recognized private schools in the Kashmir Division effective from 21-06-2025.
According to Order, Schools falling in the Srinagar Municipal limits, From 8:00 am to 1:00 pm while Schools falling outside Municipal limits of Srinagar District and other areas of Kashmir Province: From 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
“The order/instructions shall be adhered to strictly by all the concerned institutions. Any deviation in this regard shall be viewed seriously,” the order reads.
The directive has been issued to ensure the smooth functioning of educational institutions amid the prevailing heatwave conditions. (JKNS)
