Srinagar, Sept 8: Schools across Kashmir reopened on Monday, except for 40 institutions that remain closed due to waterlogging and their use as rehabilitation centres for flood-affected families.
Director School Education, G N Itoo, told KNS Kashmir that staff will remain present in these schools and online classes will be conducted for students until the situation improves.
