Srinagar, Sep 10: The Government of India on Wednesday ordered the posting of senior IPS officer Abdul Ghani Mir (AGMUT: 1994) to the Jammu & Kashmir segment of the Joint AGMUT cadre.
As per an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC reads, Consequent upon joining the cadre on repatriation from Central Deputation, Shri Abdul Ghani Mir, IPS (AGMUT: 1994) is hereby posted to Jammu & Kashmir segment of Joint AGMUT cadre with immediate effect and until further orders.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority, reads the order. (KNC)
