Shopian, Nov 20: A young girl was killed on the spot after being hit by a tipper in Arhama area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Thursday morning.
Officials told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that the accident occurred near SBGM Paramedical and Nursing College Shopian when a speeding tipper allegedly struck the girl identified as Rozey Jan, a resident of Chitragam.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation is underway, they said. (KNC)
