Kulgam, January 28:A 23-year-old man was found dead inside a Tata Mobile vehicle parked within the premises of District Hospital Kulgam on Wednesday morning, officials said.
The deceased has been identified as Mashooq Ahmad Mir, son of Mohammad Yousuf Mir, a resident of Kulpora, Kulgam. He had reportedly been married three months ago.
According to officials, Mashooq had come to the hospital as his wife was admitted for treatment. He is believed to have spent the night sleeping inside the Tata Mobile vehicle parked on the hospital premises. He was found unresponsive in the morning, following which hospital authorities were informed.
Police reached the spot soon after receiving information and took cognizance of the incident.
The body was shifted for medico-legal formalities, and further investigation has been initiated to ascertain the exact cause of death.
