A single story residental house was gutted in a fire incident at Palpora area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Local report said that a massive fire broke out around 2 am during night in the residential house of Mohammad Assadullah Bhat son of Ghulam Rasool Bhat at Palpora Dailgam.
Later on locals immediately rushed towards spot and with the help of fire tenders tried to douse the flames but could not save the house.
In this mishap the one story house was completely damaged however, no loss of life or injury was reported.
The cause of fire was not known immediately reports added.
