Qazigund, Jun 22: Two siblings were killed while another was injured after the motorcycle they were riding collided with a tanker at Gundipora village of Qazigund in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday evening.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two persons including motorcyclist were killed while another was injured after a motorcycle collided with a tanker at Gundpora, Qazigund.
He said soon after the accident, the trio was instantly moved to a nearby hospital, where the bike rider and one of the two pillion riders succumbed to their injuries.
He identified the deceased as Javid Ahmad Thokar and Nisar Ahmad Thokar, sons of Abdul Gani Thokar and identified injured as Mushtaq Ahamd Najar son of Ghulam Rasool Najar all from Sopat Qazigund.
The tanker driver left the vehicle there and has fled from the spot, he said—(KNO)
