DDC Achabal Sameena Hussain Sawharwardy visited Sub District Hospital (SDH) Achabal to inspect patient care and medical services being provided.
During his visit DDC interacted with the patients and attendants and enquired about the facility being provided to them in the hospital.
She also inspected various wards of the hospital and took stock of the medical facilities being provided to the patients.
During the inspection, DDC was apprised by Block Medical Officer Achabal about the stock of medicines available and other facilities being provided to the patients.
DDC exhorted upon the concerned authorities to ensure that roaster is strictly followed and patients are taken care of with utmost dedication and sincerity at the institution.
She directed concerned officials to make the heating system fully operational in hospital, besides ensuring adequate heating arrangements in patient wards and other sections of the SDH.
Sameena Hussain assured that X ray Machine will be installed soon at SDH also appealed to higher ups provide adequate facilities for PHC BulBul Nowgam.
Later DDC also reviewed Food Supplies office Achabal interacted with officials to provide food supply on time
She also discussed with officials about various public grievances. She urged the officers to make reasonable arrangements for the winter so that people do not face any difficulties.
