Tral, 17 Sep: The Municipal Committee in Tral sub district on Saturday organised a programme titled ‘Indian Swachhata League’.
The programme was held under the supervision of Municipal Committee Tral’s Chairman, Manzoor Ahmed Khan, and was attended by students and other volunteers.
On the occasion, the rally was also taken out from townhall Tral, towards uptown, with the motive to create awareness among the people pertaining to cleanliness.
Pertinently, “The Indian Swachhata League is India’s first inter-city competition led by youth towards building Garbage Free Cities.”
