Srinagar, July 23: The Enforcement Directorate Jammu on Tuesday arrested two accused persons in connection with a case involving Narco-Terrorism, linked to funding of the subversive activities of terrorist group Hijbul Mujahideen.
“ED Jammu has arrested 02 accused persons, namely Arshad Ahmed Allie and Fayaz Ahmed Dar on 22.07.2024 under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in connection with a case involving Narco-Terrorism, linked to funding of the subversive activities of terrorist group Hijbul Mujahideen.” ED said in a post on ‘X’
“They were produced before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Jammu and the Hon’ble Court has granted ED custody for 05 days.” ED Said.(KS)
