Srinagar, In commemoration of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, SKIMS, under the direction of its Director, Prof. Mohd Ashraf Ganie, organized a free medical camp on the eve of Friday, bringing essential healthcare services to the community.
The camp was supervised by Medical Superintendent SKIMS, Prof. Farooq Jhan, and Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad Baig, Chairman of the GR Baig Memorial Trust and President of the JK Government Employees Conference (NGEWA) at SKIMS.
The camp catered to approximately 700 patients, providing them with medical care in accordance with standard guidelines and protocols. Free medications were distributed to those requiring them, ensuring that relevant cases were treated with the necessary medicines.
This initiative reflects SKIMS’ ongoing commitment to serving the healthcare needs of the community, particularly during significant religious and cultural occasions.
