Shopian, May 19: In a significant action against terrorism, Shopian Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested two individuals with arms and ammunition during a joint naka.
In a post on X, Shopian Police, as per the news agency JKNS, wrote In a notable operation against terrorism a joint naka comprising SOG Shopian,CRPF 178 BN & 34 RR two suspected persons arrested.
Upon their search 04 hand grenades, 02 pistols, 43 live rounds & other incriminating materials recovered & accordingly an FIR registered, reads the post. (JKNS)
