Shopkeepers of Dooru Praised for Clearing Slush from main road after Rainfall

Anantnag, Aug 6: During the night, clay fell from loaded vehicles onto the Dooru Verinag Road. Due to rainfall, the clay turned into slippery slush, making it difficult and dangerous for pedestrians to walk.

In a commendable display of community spirit, local shopkeepers promptly took the initiative to clear the mess. Working in shifts, they came forward to remove the slush and restore safety for passersby.

Residents appreciated the quick and selfless action by the shopkeepers, calling it a praiseworthy step that ensured public convenience and safety.
