NGO NoorKash Holds Key Meeting at Khanbal Office; Important Decisions taken for District Bodies.

Srinagar, Aug 25: NGO NoorKash held an important meeting at its Khanbal office to deliberate on various matters concerning the foundation. The gathering was marked by joy and satisfaction as members expressed happiness over the successful completion of the foundation’s main registration process.The Association Nominations finalised.

Mr. Fazil Ahmad was appointed as District President for Anantnag District.

Mr. Owais Ahmad Naik was designated as District Vice President and Advisor to the NGO.

Mr. Rashid Hussain was appointed as District Secretary, with the responsibility of verifying new members.

Mr. Sheikh Nadeem was entrusted with the role of District Media Incharge Anantnag.

The Anantnag district body was also tasked with preparing teams in both Anantnag and Kulgam districts.

For District Baramulla Mr. Rashid Mir (Sopore) was appointed as District President and will lead the formation of a volunteer team in the district.

They Key points of association are that District body elections will be conducted annually, with designations granted on the basis of performance and contribution.

District teams have been instructed to design programmes that provide maximum public benefit with minimal expenditure.

New entrants will serve as volunteers for seven months before attaining full membership.

Any member found engaged in immoral or unethical activities will be held accountable by the respective district body and may face expulsion.

All district committees will function in close coordination with the President and Vice President of the foundation.

Mr. Ishfaq Ahmad will manage the foundation’s official mail, but prior approval from the President and Secretary will be mandatory before sending correspondence.

Since both belong to Anantnag, Mr. Moyeem Ahmad (Secretary) and Mr. Zakir Ahmad (Treasurer) will extend additional support to the Anantnag district body.

The meeting concluded with a collective pledge to strengthen the foundation’s mission and to work together for the welfare of society.
