Kupwara, May 22: Police arrested two SPOs after recovering brown sugar in the vehicle they were travelling in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Police sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that a police party from Kupwara recovered 14 grams of brown sugar from two persons both SPO’s in Dragmulla Kupwara.
The Alto car (JKO9B 6215) they were travelling in has also been seized. One of the SPOs is the resident of Chamkoot Karnah posted at SDH Kupwara while the other is the resident of Bumhuma Kupwara who is posted at District Police Lines Kupwara.
A case against the duo has been registered. (KNT)
