Baramulla, 7 April, The Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO) Pattan Suhail Ahmad Along With Full Team conducted a surprise market inspection at the main market in Hyderbeigh Pattan.
During the checking, officials seized 9 domestic gas cylinders from two restaurants for illegal use.
In addition, polythene bags were also confiscated.
Authorities noted that while the general public is facing difficulties due to the shortage of domestic gas, some restaurant owners are misusing these cylinders for commercial purposes.
The TSO Pattan issued a strict warning against the illegal use of domestic gas in restaurants and emphasized that strict action will be taken against violators.
